Hen Party Checklist

Whilst we already know that you are the best person for the job of hen-party planning, it is always useful to check and double check you’ve covered everything.

So, here goes…

1 – Check the guest list: think about who should come along, it is always going to be a tricky mix of family and friends but choose all invitees wisely and everyone should get along.

2 – Check the budget: squabbles over payments and who can afford what is a fast road to disaster, so, be realistic with costs and everyone will have stress-free fun. Make sure everyone pays their way from the start, you do not want to be the bank of Hen Party and chasing money after the event.

3 – Check the dates: give everyone plenty of notice so that they can juggle diaries and make any necessary arrangements to be there. Especially important for all bridesmaids and key members of the family.

4 – Check your activities: don’t overrule the brides wishes to have a butler in the buff and think about the age range in your party and keep it fun!

5 – Check your itinerary: keeping the party moving is great but be sure to include some down time too, pace the day allowing time for everyone time to bond.

7 – Check comms: make a WhatsApp group and be sure everyone is included, keep details of the itinerary public, hens can get lost easily in a strange city, so be sure yours know how to get home!
